Marketing Assistant

Womenful Voice is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team! This role involves supporting our marketing initiatives, collaborating on campaigns, and engaging with our community. Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaign Support

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and other teams to ensure promotional materials remain consistent and maintain brand continuity.
• Help in scheduling and posting content across different platforms.

2. Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Schedule and monitor social media posts and respond to customer engagement as needed.

3. Market Research Analysis

• Assist with research on market trends and consumer behavior.
• Assist in compiling reports and presenting insights to the marketing team.
• Assist in analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and

other tools.

4. Email Marketing & Customer Engagement

• Assist in drafting and scheduling email marketing campaigns.
• Assist in maintaining and updating Excel databases, mailing lists, and donor, support, and

sponsor lists.

• Assist in monitoring engagement rates and optimizing email marketing strategies.

5. Event Planning &Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events and webinars.
• Assist with creating promotional materials as needed.

6. Administrative & Organizational Support

• Maintain marketing documentation, schedules, and reports, as well as organize the

marketing team’s shared drive.

• Coordinate meetings and manage the marketing director’s calendar.
