    Description

    Service Project Leader - Community Projects & Thrift Store

    The Service Project Leader is someone who oversees group volunteers at Love INC's thrift store or at Community Service Projects.

    At Village Thrift the Service Project Leader would make sure Community Service volunteers (high school & college students, as well as folks completing court-ordered hours) have assignments and are fully engaged in the volunteer experience.

    For Client Home projects the Service Project Leader would arrive early introducing him/herself to the client, gather volunteers for prayer to begin the day, oversee the work through to cleanup at the days end.

    Someone well suited for this role would be Christian with prior leadership experience, is positive-minded, patient, enjoys working with various age groups, and can supervise with a calm demeanor.
