Have you ever dreamed of spending your day alongside magnificent 18-foot tall giraffes while making a difference in wildlife conservation? If you are willing to "stick your neck out" to help support our mission of inspiring people of all ages to respect, value and help conserve wildlife and our natural world, you should join the Naples Zoo Volunteer Herd!

What You’ll Do

As a volunteer at our Giraffe Feeding Station, you will

• Guide guests through the experience of feeding our herd of giraffe
• Share fascinating facts about these remarkable animals
• Create meaningful connections between our guests and the natural world
• Join a passionate team dedicated to wildlife and conservation

What We’re Looking For

• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• A genuine love for animals and conservation
• A friendly, outgoing personality to engage with a variety of Zoo guests
• Commitment to at least two shifts per month.

What We Provide

• Training on the giraffe species and information on giraffe conservation
• Flexible scheduling options with shifts available on weekdays and weekends, mornings and afternoons
• A supportive fun environment where you can make a real difference.
