    Description

    Mentify Inc. – Empowering Young Minds, Building Stronger Futures

    Mentify Inc. is a new and growing nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth and young adults ages 11–25 by creating a safe space for mental wellness, personal growth, and community engagement. We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Application Manager to oversee and maintain the digital systems that keep our programs running smoothly.

    This is a volunteer-to-paid position — we’re looking for someone who believes in our mission, is excited to grow with us long-term, and is open to transitioning into a paid role as funding expands.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the maintenance, updates, and performance of Mentify’s software applications.
    • Assist with setup, integration, and troubleshooting of digital tools (CRM, scheduling apps, communication platforms, etc.).
    • Ensure data security and manage user access across platforms.
    • Collaborate with staff to streamline processes and improve digital systems.
    • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to the Mentify team.

    • IT experience or strong interest in application/software management.
    • Detail-oriented and organized problem solver.
    • Strong communicator and team player.
    • Committed to Mentify’s long-term growth and impact.
