Havana Nights Gala Volunteer

Friendly Center is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support our Havana Nights Gala, an evening dedicated to celebrating the impact of our supporters and raising funds to build brighter futures for families across Orange County. Volunteers will play an important role in ensuring the success of this special event.

Volunteer Shifts & Roles

• • Set-Up Crew (3:00–5:00 PM | Ages 14+)
  • Assist with unloading supplies, preparing tables, arranging centerpieces, and setting up volunteer stations.
  • Dress code not required for this shift.
  • Evening Support (5:00–8:00 PM | Ages 18+)
  • Welcome and check in guests, guide attendees to the photo area, assist with silent auction tables, and help answer guest questions.
  • Closing Support (7:30–10:00 PM | Ages 18+)
  • Assist with the live auction, distribute prizes to winning guests, and help with event breakdown and clean-up.

Dress Code

For shifts beginning at 5:00 PM or later: Festive Casual Chic – think colorful, tropical, and relaxed elegance.
