At RRF, we are in start mode and are setting up to provide rapid financial and logistical aid to the families of first responders affected by natural disasters. Every pixel, layout, and interaction you design will directly contribute to saving lives and lifting up those who protect our communities.

• *What You’ll Do: **
• Design and maintain visually engaging, user-friendly websites that reflect RRF’s mission and brand.
• Collaborate with our marketing and tech teams to create seamless, responsive designs for desktop and mobile.
• Optimize web performance, accessibility, and UX/UI best practices.
• Update content, graphics, and layouts to keep our site fresh and impactful.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• *We’re Looking for Someone with: **
• Proven experience in web design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in tools like **Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or Webflow**.
• Strong understanding of **HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript** (bonus points for CMS experience).
• A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and user experience.
• Passion for nonprofit work and a desire to create designs that inspire action.
