We’re looking for a Frappe / ERPNext Specialist to help set up, customize, and scale ERPNext to support our internal HR, finance, and operations workflows.

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Set up and configure ERPNext for internal use (HR, CRM, Accounting, etc.)
- Customize modules using the Frappe framework
- Automate workflows and create custom reports
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless integration
- Collaborate with HR, tech, and operations leads
- Contribute ideas to make ERPNext run smarter, faster, cleaner
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have solid experience with Frappe/ERPNext
- Understand how to customize Doctypes, scripts, permissions, and reports
- Can write clean backend code (Python, JavaScript, SQL)
- Are detail-oriented and focused on building real value
- Are self-directed and excited by flexible, performance-based rewards
