Front Desk Operations

We're seeking a couple of friendly individuals to staff our front desk 1 or 2 Saturdays a month. As a Greeter, you'll be a key part of our bicycle repair events, welcoming participants. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of our community, connect with new people, and help further our mission of empowering others through bicycle repair. Plus, it's a great chance to develop valuable leadership skills and make a direct impact in a supportive, hands-on environment.

What You'll Do: - Welcome new volunteers, ensure they've signed our liability release form. Ensure they're signed in on our Volunteer Sign In form. Take pizza orders and coordinate pizza pickup. Help set up outdoor table for lunch and oversee canopy setup

Why This Matters: You will be the first point of contact for new and returning volunteers. Your actions will influence their experience and overall impression of SVBE. A friendly and engaging approach will help volunteers feel welcome and encourage them to return.
