    Description

Support the rollout of an immigrant-led training program

Creshendo’s Integration Program is launching a 6-week pilot training to support newly arrived immigrants in the U.S., and we’re looking for a bilingual, detail-oriented Project Assistant to help us bring it to life.

In this role, you’ll provide vital behind-the-scenes support: coordinating logistics, managing communications, and helping keep our timeline and tools organized. You’ll work closely with our Integration Director and wider team to ensure that everything runs smoothly and thoughtfully. If you’re organized, proactive, and care deeply about immigrant equity, we’d love to work with you.

    What you’ll do

    • Support day-to-day project coordination for the Integration Pilot
    • Manage logistics, reminders, and communication across platforms
    • Track deliverables and milestones in Asana
    • Help coordinate community outreach, participant check-ins, and team meetings
    • Provide Spanish-English bilingual support where needed

    What we’re looking for

    • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
    • Familiar with Asana or other project management tools
    • Organized, dependable, and strong communicator
    • At least 1 year of administrative, project, or program coordination experience
    • Passion for immigrant justice, integration, or workforce equity

    10 hours per week

    Fully remote

3-month minimum commitment with opportunity to stay on after the pilot

    Why this matters
