Math tutor needed! Support struggling elementary students in free afterschool program

We are looking for a volunteer to support struggling students in elementary-level math. The volunteer would join our free afterschool program at Greenspring Overlook in Baltimore. Volunteers serve one hour, weekly. Volunteers can choose any day Monday-Thursday, 4:30-5:30pm.

This volunteer will assist with basic algebra, including addition, subtraction, simple multiplication and division, and times-tables.

No formal teaching experience is necessary, just a can-do attitude and willingness to work one-on-one with a student in need!

Please reach out to AHC's Volunteer Coordinator (millie.landis@ahcinc.org) with any questions. Thank you!
