Create the ultimate welcoming experience by serving as a hospital guide for Baystate Health. Depending on your desired physical activity level, you may be doing some or all of the following at a main entrance: greeting people and providing directions, looking up room numbers, answering questions, delivering flowers and other incoming items, and personally escorting people to their destination.

Volunteers in this forward-facing, typically serve in teams of two, helping hundreds of people per day. Applicants must be willing to serve a 2-to-4 hour shift on a consistent weekly basis for a period of at least six months, and must be at least 14 years of age.
