    Volunteer

    Help make a difference! Volunteering can range from any of the following: Helping make goody bags for various activities, signing Birthday cards, Sitting with patients anywhere from 1-3 hours max to relieve the caregiver to run errands. Going to different facilities with the Volunteer Coordinator for games. Help with different things in the main office such as filing, sorting supplies, or making copies. Cutting someone's grass, or even helping build a wheelchair ramp. The possibilities are endless when volunteering. We will work with you on hours and days your are available.

    Volunteer requirements:

    1. Volunteer Application
    2. (2) Volunteer references
    3. Photo consent
    4. 2- step TB Skin test (done in office)
    5. No CPR is required
    6. Drug Screen (paid for by company)
    7. Copy of Auto insurance

    From Newton take 15 towards Decatur, turn left on Industrial Park Dr. (Between Esco/WEIR and La-z-boy) once you cross train tracks take that right on to commercial drive. We are the 2nd building on the left. Gentiva sign out front.

    From Decatur take 15 towards newton, turn right on Coliseum dr. go past the DMV (Drivers license place) once you get to Tyson's take that left on to Commercial drive. We are the 2nd building on the right. Gentiva sign out front.
