    Overview:

    Join our dynamic team as a volunteer for our upcoming virtual conference on Women's Day- March 8th 2025! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a blend of technical, creative, and organizational skills to help deliver an engaging and seamless event experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Virtual Platform Administration:
      • Manage and administer Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings to ensure smooth connectivity and participation.
      • Oversee the virtual community on WhatsApp, acting as a community manager to foster engagement and communication.
    • Event Communication and Flow:
      • Develop and write the entire event flow, including session agendas and announcements.
      • Create and distribute promotional content to keep participants informed and excited about the event.
    • Feedback and Engagement:
      • Design and distribute forms and surveys to gather attendee feedback before, during, and after the event.
    • Creative Support:
      • Curate an uplifting music playlist that complements the event’s atmosphere.
      • Research creative decoration ideas for the virtual setting to enhance the overall experience.
    • Logistical Support:
      • Provide answers and guidance on logistical questions related to conference participation.
      • Assist in creating clear, visually engaging presentations to support speakers and sessions.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proficient in using Zoom and Microsoft Teams; experience in meeting management and troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with managing community engagement on WhatsApp or similar virtual platforms.
    • Ability to create professional forms, surveys, and digital content.
    • Strong writing and editing skills for event communications and flow.
    • A knack for curating music playlists and an interest in creative decoration ideas.
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to answer participant queries.
    • Experience in creating compelling presentations is a plus.
