    Scarlett Mitchell Nature Area Stewardship Workday

    Volunteers will sweep the site for invasive herbaceous plants like sweet clover, dame’s rocket, and others. If the group completes that task, we may shift to cutting invasive shrubs. This work helps keep Scarlett Mitchell healthy and supports a diversity of native plants, birds, and wildlife.
