    • Encourage youth to take pride in coordination roles

    • A current or former stage manager
    • Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
    • Happy to share what makes a show run smoothly

    Why It Matters:

    Great shows need great managers. You show youth how preparation builds confidence and success.
