    Volunteer: Communications Director

    Join our team as a Communications Director and help us amplify our message! As a Communications Director, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling content, directing our social media presence, and engaging with our community. Your creativity and expertise will help us reach new audiences and advance our mission. If you are able to dedicate 2-3 hours weekly then consider yourself a Team member. Experience in writing Press Releases is a must.

    Responsibilities:

    • Writing and editing content for website, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.
    • Monitoring and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize social media performance.
    • Assisting with public relations efforts, including media outreach and relationship building.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and grammar.
    • Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
    • Creativity and ability to think strategically about messaging and branding.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
