    Description

Lead a Level 1 Cardio Class for Seniors in Northeast San Francisco

NEXT is looking for a volunteer to lead a weekly fitness class for seniors. We have an event space secured for Monday mornings at 10 a.m. Our seniors are accustomed to a 5-10 minute warm-up, 45-50 minutes of cardio, and a 5-minute cool-down at the end. Some participants sit on a chair, some use the chair as support, and some use no chair support at all. We're looking for a volunteer who can commit to leading the Monday morning class on an ongoing basis. Experience is preferred, but not necessary.

A stipend is available for the right leader.

Thanks for thinking of us. We look forward to hearing from you!
