    Commitment Details:
    Upon completion of Volunteer Orientation training, once each week (usually Sunday evenings) for eight weeks twice a year. Follow-up with participants after they graduate from the course.

    Work Life Ally

    If you feel you have the passion and capacity to mentor, this position may be for you! The Work Life program is a job readiness course to aid low-income people in developing the skills, character, and strong relationships to find a job. As a Work Life Ally, long-term relationships are built with participants to help guide and assist them through the program. Generally, there will be a 3 Allies to 5 Participants ratio; but this may vary.

    Some qualifications needed include:

     Ability to speak encouraging words to participants who may be struggling physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually.

     Ability to assist participants with training material presented by facilitators

     An Ally must have a compassionate nature and extend kindness.

     Has the ability and willingness to pray with participants
