    Florida Youth At Risk is a youth-centered nonprofit that empowers underserved youth through music, creative programs, community events, and leadership opportunities. We are building a brand that reflects the energy, talent, and vision of the youth we serve.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Share what you look for in new talent
    • Talk about how artists are supported creatively
    • Explain how scouting and development works
    • Encourage youth to refine their unique sound

    Who You Are:

    • Involved in A&R, talent scouting, or music development
    • Good ear for music and mentorship
    • Excited to help young people grow
