Her Nexx Chapter, a 501c3 global nonprofit organization, provides engagement topics and activities that will deliver an impactful experience for women. We are a vibrant community for women to explore topics that will connect them with other like-minded women. HNC is here to walk with you through the various seasons of life. The Event Coordinator PM team will help oversee aspects of our upcoming in-person conference in August 2025. Our conference addresses the wholeness of women’s well-being, from a full day of wellness speakers and activities (as a health fair) to a full day of breakout sessions related to financial literacy, careers, and entrepreneurship. We need your virtual help to support, coordinate, and manage all the moving parts leading up to the launch of our conference program.
Responsibilities include: (Remote Volunteer) Hours Flexible
Ability to delegate event planning tasks to other volunteer staff members when necessary.
Communicating with staff and organizing corporate alignment, vendors, and sponsors.
Experience with event planning/event coordinating is a plus, but not required
Computer comfortable and savvy
Available for virtual strategy meetings
