Description
As an instructor, you'll lead group fitness classes tailored to the needs and abilities of our senior veteran residents. Whether it's a gentle yoga flow, chair exercises, or a lively dance session, your classes will help improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.
Many of our residents struggle with isolation, so your classes will be a chance for them to connect with others and find joy in movement.
No prior teaching experience is necessary - just a passion for fitness and a desire to serve our nation's heroes. We'll provide all the guidance and support you need to lead safe, effective classes.
