    Description

Are you passionate about empowering young minds and giving back to the community?

Join us at SAYDS, a non-profit committed to equipping young people with complexity and systems thinking skills required to solve complex social problems primarily via our Fellowship program. The SAYDS Fellowship is a 9-month program that equips young people from different parts of Kenya with knowledge that enables them to critically look at the social issues in their communities and design lasting solutions. We are now a growing community of citizens who want and are working towards a better nation and Africa.

We are currently seeking volunteer mentors with expertise in the following areas to lead 8 week workshops (1-2 sessions per week) focused on building essential soft skills among our youth groups:

    1. Research
    2. Communication
    3. Creative Writing
    4. Facilitating Discussions
    5. Branding
    6. Community Mobilization
    7. Project Management
    8. Leadership

    Workshop Format:

    • One-two sessions per week (online)
    • 8 weeks in total
    • Interactive, practical, and youth-centered

If you have experience in any of the above areas and a heart for mentoring, we would love to hear from you. To sign up or learn more, please respond. Together, let's nurture tomorrow’s leaders, one skill at a time.
