We are looking for a social media managers who can help us boost our online presence. Provide ideas to build brand awareness and visibility for a start-up company like FIND Services (www.wefindservices.org). You will handle our social media pages (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), schedule posts, and engage with followers.
We are hiring multiple people for this role, each person or group of people will manage one or two platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest.
- Come up with a content calendar of post ideas.
- Provide monthly analysis reports with insights of the company's socials. Report and showcase high-performing posts and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Design graphics with Canva for content.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of social media management experience.
- Proficient in social media tools like Meta Ads, Buffer, Notion or similar tools.
- Basic design skills with Canva or similar tools.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, including planning and content creation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
