    Womenful Voice is seeking a Human Resource Manager who possesses a strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment. This role will be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting our mission.

    The Human Resource Manager will oversee various HR functions, ensuring that our policies align with legal requirements and promote volunteer engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and be passionate about enhancing our workforce and organizational design.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with U.S. labor laws.

    - Manage the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.

    - Provide guidance on organizational design and structure to optimize performance and productivity.

    - Conduct training sessions to enhance Volunteers' understanding of labor laws and volunteer policies.

    - Address volunteer inquiries and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.

    - Oversee performance management systems and volunteer development initiatives.

    - Maintain up-to-date volunteer records and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

    - Collaborate with senior management to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
