    Description

    As Director of Church Plant Operations, you will oversee the establishment, leadership, and growth of a new ministry facility licensed under Elijah S Mercy Ministries. This high-level role requires spiritual maturity, servant leadership, and a commitment to advancing the gospel through revival and outreach.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead weekly worship services, Bible studies, and community outreach.
    • Provide pastoral care and spiritual oversight to the growing congregation.
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the church plant facility.
    • Develop and train volunteer teams and emerging leaders.
    • Ensure alignment with Elijah S. Mercy Ministries’ mission, vision, and values.
    • Communicate regularly with ministry leadership for accountability and support.

    Biblical Qualifications:

    • Above reproach – living a life that honors Christ publicly and privately (1 Timothy 3:2; Titus 1:6-7).
    • Husband of one wife – faithful and committed in marriage or if single, exhibiting self-control (1 Timothy 3:2).
    • Temperate, sober-minded, and self-controlled (Titus 1:8).
    • Able to teach and hold firmly to sound doctrine (1 Timothy 3:2; 2 Timothy 2:24).
    • Not arrogant or quick-tempered, but gentle and hospitable (Titus 1:7-8).
    • Loving what is good, upright, holy, and disciplined (Titus 1:8).
    • Good reputation with outsiders, so ministry is not discredited (1 Timothy 3:7).
    • Filled with the Holy Spirit and wisdom (Acts 6:3-4).
    • Servant leader who leads by example and humility (Mark 10:42-45).
    • Faithful steward of God’s Word and church community (1 Peter 5:2-3).

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Volunteer position with housing provided
    • A monthly stipend may be available depending on ministry growth and funding.
