    About GoWithFund

GoWithFund is building the AI-powered, open-source platform that’s set to revolutionize how nonprofits operate. We’re designing powerful tools with beautiful user experiences — and we need someone to lead our frontend.

This is more than just coding. As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you’ll drive the look, feel, and usability of our platform. You’ll mentor contributors, shape our tech stack, and grow into a key leadership role with revenue share and long-term rewards.

    🛠 What You’ll Do

    • Lead the frontend development of our web platform (React, Vue, or similar)
    • Design, build, and optimize user-facing features with a focus on speed and accessibility
    • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring ideas to life
    • Review code, mentor junior devs, and guide contributors
    • Make architectural decisions and set coding standards
    • Work closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration

    ✅ You’re a Great Fit If You…

    • Have 3+ years of frontend experience with frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte
    • Understand web performance, accessibility, and responsive design
    • Can write clean, scalable, well-documented code
    • Have experience leading or mentoring dev teams or contributors
    • Are excited by flexible compensation and want to earn based on real impact
    • Want to be part of a mission-driven, open-source team
