This role will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of our organization's websites.

Responsibilities:

• Website Development:
  • Design and develop responsive websites that are accessible to all users.
  • Create and maintain intuitive user interfaces and user experiences.
  • Develop and implement custom web applications and features.
  • Integrate with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or others.
• Website Maintenance:
  • Regularly update and maintain websites to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Perform routine website backups and security scans.
  • Monitor website analytics and make data-driven improvements.
• SEO and Digital Marketing:
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility in search engine results.
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies to attract and engage website visitors.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize content and user experience.
• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with team members to understand their needs and translate them into effective website solutions.
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure timely and accurate website updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress and Elementor.
• Experience with PHP, Python, or other server-side programming languages.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or others.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
