    Description

    Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program (BSLS) is seeking a Google Ads & SEO Volunteer Expert to help us increase web traffic and awareness of our national programs for youth, women, and communities. With our $10,000/month Google Ad Grant, your skills can directly impact mentorship, leadership development, and community service on a national scale.

    We need a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can help us:

    • Build and manage Google Ad Grant campaigns

    • Select and optimize high-performing keywords

    • Boost our search engine rankings (SEO) for key impact pages

    • Monitor analytics and adjust strategy for results

    • Drive meaningful traffic that converts to volunteers, donors, and community supporters

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Proven experience with Google Ads (preferably Ad Grants)
    • Strong understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics
    • Ability to write compelling, mission-aligned ad copy
    • Passion for social impact and mentoring

    Time Commitment:

    Flexible - estimated 3-5 hours per week. Fully remote.
