We’re building a team of teen changemakers who want more than just another youth group. This is your chance to be heard, lead with purpose, and help shape events, activities, and outreach that actually matter to you and your generation.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
✅ Collaborate with staff and other teens to brainstorm and plan cool programs
✅ Give honest feedback on what’s working—and what’s not
✅ Help design and promote events that other teens actually want to show up for
✅ Be the connection between your community and our team
✅ Grow your leadership, creativity, and communication skills
👀 Who We’re Looking For:
- Ages 13–18
- Creative thinkers and good listeners
- Responsible and ready to show up
- Passionate about making life better for your peers
- Not afraid to speak up or try something new
