Meals On Wheels - Bring a Smile & Deliver a Meal!

As a Meals On Wheels of Tampa volunteer, you deliver much more than a nutritious meal - you provide human connection. .

Volunteer drivers deliver a hot, nutritious meal to recipients’ homes during the lunch hour (10:00am - 2:00pm). A typical volunteer route takes about 60 to 90 minutes to complete. This gift of your time affects the lives of so many in need throughout Greater Tampa. For many of our homebound neighbors, you will be the only person they will see or speak with all day. This special delivery gives them a reason to get up in the morning, something to look forward to, and a reminder to take care of themselves. YOU can make a difference!

Meals On Wheels of Tampa serves the Greater Tampa area. Our service area is from the county line to the north to MacDill AF Base to the south, county line to the west, to the I-75 corridor to the east, continuing south through Riverview and Gibsonton. We do not serve the Brandon area.

You choose:

• The area where you would like to deliver
• The day of the week (Monday - Friday)
• The frequency you deliver (every week, every other week, once a month)
