    Description

Be the voice behind stories that move people

Creshendo’s Storytelling Project shares honest, moving stories from migrants and refugees across the world. We’re launching a podcast series that invites listeners into intimate, meaningful conversations—centered in dignity, care, and truth.

We’re looking for a Podcast Host to guide these conversations and shape the sound of our show. You’ll lead interviews with empathy, work closely with our creative team, and help craft an experience that makes listeners feel, learn, and connect.

If you’re a strong communicator with a warm presence and a passion for human-centered storytelling, this role is a chance to use your voice for something powerful.

    What you’ll do:

    • Serve as the host of Creshendo’s upcoming podcast
    • Lead interviews with migrants and refugees, using provided story guides
    • Set a welcoming tone that invites trust and authentic sharing
    • Collaborate with our production team to shape episode flow and themes
    • Record intros, outros, or listener-submitted segments when needed

    What we’re looking for:

    • Natural interviewer with warmth, presence, and emotional intelligence
    • Comfortable recording solo and in conversation
    • Experience in podcasting, voice work, or storytelling (formal or informal)
    • Strong listener who can hold space for sensitive topics
    • Passion for justice, migration, and storytelling that builds understanding

6 to 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Fully remote with optional creative input on show development

    Why this matters:

Your voice will be the one listeners trust to guide them through each story. You’ll help shape a platform that brings dignity and attention to the people behind the headlines—and the realities often left out.

To Apply: Send your resume to hr@creshendo.org. Include your time zone, general availability, and a short note about why this role speaks to you.

Creshendo welcomes volunteers from all backgrounds.
