    Description

    Hope & Harmony is looking for detail-oriented and passionate Grant Writers to help us secure vital funding for programs that serve low-income, homebound, and medically vulnerable seniors. If you enjoy research, writing, and storytelling with purpose, this is a meaningful way to make an impact.

    What you’ll do:

    • Research potential grants from foundations, corporations, and government sources
    • Draft, edit, and submit persuasive grant proposals that highlight our mission and impact
    • Assist in preparing budgets, reports, and required documentation for funding applications
    • Track application deadlines and follow up on submissions

    What you’ll gain:

    • Real-world grant writing and nonprofit funding experience
    • Skills in persuasive writing, budgeting, and program development
    • An opportunity to directly help sustain and expand life-changing services for seniors
    • Mentorship and collaboration with an experienced nonprofit team

    We’re looking for someone who is:

    • A strong writer with attention to detail and organization
    • Research-oriented and able to work independently
    • Passionate about community service and creating long-term change
    • (Bonus) Experienced in nonprofit, fundraising, or professional writing—but not required!
