    Volunteer & Mentor Opportunities – Dream Builders Foundation Maryland Expansion

    Dream Builders Foundation is expanding to Maryland! We empower at-risk youth, reentrants, and families through mentorship, workforce development, and life skills programs. We’re seeking passionate volunteers, mentors, and trainers to help us create positive change through events, outreach, and skills-based workshops.

    About Us

    Dream Builders Foundation is a Pennsylvania-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering at-risk youth, re-entrants, and disadvantaged individuals through mentorship, workforce development, housing support, and family reunification services.

    We are expanding our programs into Maryland and looking for passionate individuals to join us in building hope, skills, and opportunities for local communities.

    Ways to Get Involved

    We have multiple opportunities for Maryland-based and remote volunteers, including:

    • Event Support – Help set up, greet attendees, distribute materials, and assist during Maryland launch events.
    • Community Outreach Ambassadors – Share our programs and resources in neighborhoods, community centers, and events.
    • Mentors – Provide one-on-one or group guidance for youth, re-entrants, and families navigating new opportunities.
    • Workshop Hosts – Lead sessions in life skills, workforce development, resume building, interview preparation, and/or financial literacy.
    • Social Media & Content Support – Assist in sharing Maryland-specific updates, photos, and success stories online.
    • Administrative Support – Help with volunteer coordination, scheduling, and community resource tracking (remote option available).
