Description
White Bird runs entirely on volunteer help - no paid staff. In addition to the basic horse care and welfare, there are maintenance tasks, event manning, newsletters, and other volunteer activities. Recruiting and coordinating volunteers to cover all of the above is a one of many tasks carried out by the Barn Operations Manager. If you have human resources or a recruitment background - retired and looking for a community oriented activity, this would suit you. This can be done virtually but there will be a need for direct interaction with the rescue and volu8nteers.
