MY TURN, Inc. (a non-profit organization) seeks self-motivated and compassionate volunteers to assist adult education students. Candidates from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply, however, there is a strong need for math and English language tutors. We also have a need for volunteers to complete administrative assistant tasks and clean the classroom.
Volunteer candidates should:

- Be able to commit to volunteer several hours per week for a least a period equivalent to at least one semester. (We are also open during the summer term.)

- Keep attendance records and report these regularly to the Volunteer Coordinator.
- Maintain a professional relationship with students.
- Never meet students at private residences.
- Communicate concerns to the Volunteer Coordinator as soon as possible.
There is the possibility to combine more than one volunteer position.
