    Description

    The Executive Assistant helps and supports the work of the CEO. The Executive Assistant will work collaboratively with the CEO to develop and implement strategies to broaden the impact of the organizations programs and services. This is an UNPAID opportunity.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Calendar management for president
    • Aid president in preparing for meetings
    • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of president

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma
    • Some College (College Credits / Degree a plus)
    • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Knowledge, skills and abilities

    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Online Email / Project / Tasks Applications (Trello, MeetMe, Hugo)
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skill
