    Volunteer for a Day of Service at Compeer Buffalo's Annual Friendship in Golf Tournament!

    About Compeer Buffalo:

    Compeer Buffalo is a non-profit mental health organization that is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges through the power of friendship. Our goal is to connect caring volunteers with our clients, fostering relationships that promote hope, resilience, and wellness. Our annual golf tournament is a key fundraiser that helps us continue our vital programs such as our social activities programs and 1-1 mentorship.

    Volunteer Roles

    We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support our Annual Friendship in Golf Tournament by assisting at various stations throughout the event. This is a fantastic opportunity to give back to the community, meet new people, and have fun!

    Volunteer Shift Times: Please indicate if you have preferred shift!

    • Shift 1: 9AM-1230PM
    • Shift 2: 11:45AM-5PM
    • Shift 3: 4-7PM

    Volunteer Roles

    1. GreeterGreeting incoming golfers as they arrive to the course, directing golfers to the registration table and bag drop.
    2. RegistrationAssist with checking in golfers, providing information about available contests/ engagement opportunities, distributing registration packets, and answering questions.
    3. Food and Beverage Station: Assist with serving food and drinks to golfers throughout the day.
    4. Raffles and Activities: Selling "spins" to golfers for the Mystery Gift Card Drawing and selling tickets for the basket raffle.
    5. Prize Station: Assisting with the distribution of prizes to golfers.
    6. Mission Moment Station: Encourage golfers and attendees to sign the #Checkonyourfriends banner and to purchase Compeer merchandise.
    7. Putting Contest Monitors: Monitors each hole for the closest to the pin game and hole in one contest.
    8. Clean Up:Assist with the packing and cleaning up of the space.
