    IT Specialist

    Kindred Box is a nonprofit that works to reduce medical waste by gathering new surplus ostomy supplies and providing them to uninsured and underinsured people facing financial hardship in America.

    We'd greatly appreciate your professional experience working with information technology systems. We are seeking software program guidance to enhance performance on platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, Pipedrive, KIT, Buffer, Google Workspace, and others.

    Tasks include:

    Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues for end-users and systems.

    Software Management: Installing, updating, and managing software applications.

    Technical Support: Assisting with computer and software-related problems.
