    Hope & Harmony is looking for friendly, people-loving Outreach Ambassadors to help us bring more care, dignity and hope to homebound, low-income, and medically vulnerable seniors.

    If you’re passionate about helping others and especially if you have fundraising or grant writing experience, you could be the voice that opens new doors for our seniors. Being bilingual (spanish-english) is a big plus!

    What you’ll do:

    • Build relationships with local businesses, community groups, and donors
    • Help fund life-changing programs through outreach and connection
    • Assist with grants, events, and community partnerships

    What you’ll gain:

    • Real-world fundraising and networking experience
    • Opportunities to make a visible difference in our cause
    • Connections with like-minded changemakers
