    Donor Stewardship Volunteer

    Role Overview:

    The Donor Stewardship Volunteer will assist with cultivating and maintaining meaningful relationships with current and past donors. You’ll help ensure donors feel valued and connected to our mission through personalized acknowledgments, impact updates, and recognition efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Send timely and personalized thank-you notes, emails, and acknowledgments

    • Support donor anniversary and milestone recognition

    • Assist in maintaining accurate donor records and contact information

    • Collaborate with the fundraising team to create impact reports, thank-you videos, or small mailings

    • Help identify and segment donors for targeted communications

    • Support preparation of donor communications during campaigns and events

    • Track stewardship activities and assist in developing a donor appreciation calendar

    Ideal Qualifications:

    • Friendly and professional communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Detail-oriented and organized

    • Comfortable using Google Drive, spreadsheets, and email platforms

    • Experience in customer service, fundraising, or donor relations (a plus, not required)

    • A heart for service and belief in the mission of helping the limb loss community
