    Description

The 2025 MS Bike Ottawa to Cornwall is back on August 16th and 17th. The ride starts at the Vernon Recreation Centre and ends at The Dev Centre with several rest stops along the way.

MS Bike is an energizing challenge you can feel good about. Going the distance makes a difference and every kilometer ridden brings us closer to a world free of multiple sclerosis. By volunteering, you'll play a crucial role in making this event a success while having fun, meeting new people, and supporting people affected by MS.

These events would not be possible without the support of hundreds of dedicated volunteers donating their time. Volunteers are needed in a variety of Set-Up and Event Day roles to help ensure a smooth event and provide an exceptional experience for cyclists as they ride to raise funds to support those affected by MS:

    • Event Set Up/Wrap Up
    • Participant Check-In
    • Volunteer Check-In
    • Rest Stop Support
    • Bike Marshals
    • BBQ and Lunch Volunteers
    • And many more!

Thinking about volunteering? This is what we are looking for:

    • Do you have a positive attitude and enjoy bringing positive energy to events?
    • Are you passionate about supporting the MS community?
    • Are you a self-motivated and reliable person?
    • Are you willing to fulfill volunteering duties on time?
    • Previous experience managing people is considered an asset.

If you answered ‘yes’ to the above, we’d love to hear from you!

    Why Volunteer?

    • “As a volunteer with MS Canada I’ve deepened my appreciation for advocacy, teamwork, and community involvement. These values have been integral throughout my academic journey and continue to significantly shape my professional development as a medical student.” Amy
