    Wear appropriate attire for fully outdoor shift. Ability to sit or stand for duration of shift. Some roles require walking throughout park on paved or gravel surfaces. Must be friendly and open; communicate with others verbally or with interpreter.

    Event Volunteers: Fall Fest on the Farm (day 2)

    General event info: Celebrate all that fall has to offer! Enjoy the fall colors, pick apples to feed the cows, visit the farm animals, walk a llama, enjoy music on the lawn, make a fiber craft, watch the annual Sheepherding Trials, or just simply enjoy being outdoors in the gorgeous Minnesota fall!

    Volunteer roles

    • No specialized training required for: greeting/orienting participants or tending bonfires
    • Specialized training needed to help with: fiber art crafts, farm animal stations, apple orchard stations

    Schedule

    Half- and full-day shifts available. We'll have a potluck lunch for volunteers along with coffee, tea, cocoa, and pocket snacks for volunteers.
