Description
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and vendor coordination.
- Help promote events through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach.
- Coordinate with volunteers and staff to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage event supplies and materials as needed.
- Support event-day operations, including registration, guest assistance, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in event planning or project management is a plus but not required.
- Passion for supporting veterans and community engagement.
- The museum uses primarily Email to communicate with our volunteers, therefore an email address is required.
Time Commitment:
- Flexible hours; availability for events and occasional planning meetings.
