This job will focus on account and project management opportunities for the Mightycause nonprofit fundraising and Giving Day platform. Mightycause offers a full-service online fundraising suite to help nonprofits raise funds, manage online giving, engage donors and crowdfund cause-based campaigns. Mightycause also offers a best-in-class Giving Day platform for Universities, Communities and corporate partners to engage their supporters in a marathon of giving. Primary emphasis will be placed on our Giving Events and Giving Day products. The successful applicant will be able to help giving day partners, nonprofits and their advocates, use our software tools to create campaigns that increase their fundraising and donor engagement. They will become familiar with the unique market of Giving Days and Giving Events, often run by Community Foundations and Higher Education institutions.

Candidate must possess excellent written/verbal skills, creativity, be detail-oriented, be comfortable making calls and be able to master the features of our web-based fundraising application. Our ideal candidate has a passion for helping clients succeed, strong interpersonal skills, sales experience, and experience with nonprofit organizations. We will give preference to those with business development or account management background, but welcome smart, outgoing, motivated and dedicated people with the right aptitude and attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Giving Event accounts and build long-term partnerships, including supporting campaigns as well as renewing partnership terms
• Manage large-scale events from contract to completion, including project planning, sharing best practices, website and feature support, etc
• Provide support to Giving Event clients and their nonprofit partners by responding effectively to client needs and questions, both technical and non-technical
• Support and train nonprofits in using the Mightycause platform, including building and hosting webinars for Giving Event partners
• Communicate client needs and Giving Event and nonprofit feedback to Community and Product teams
