This is a senior role, reporting directly to the board, so experience of growing a business or managing operations is required. African experience and entrepreneurial spirit is a plus. The board is open to new directions aligned with the mission and values.

Ecolodgy is sustainability-focused campus near Blantyre, Malawi, intended as a hub for educational and agricultural initiatives and to demonstrate that enterprise-led development can work without donor support.

We’ve partnered with NGOs and global institutions and we’re now exploring options to capitalise and build value from the resources and partnerships.
