    Description

    The part-time Campaign Fellow will play a key role in supporting all aspects of a competitive Democratic congressional campaign. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of political organizing, communications, and campaign operations while helping elect Bayly Winder to Congress. Interns will gain valuable experience in voter contact, digital organizing, and community outreach in a fast-paced campaign environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with social, media direct, phone banking, text banking, canvassing, and other outreach.
    • Support communications and digital programs, including drafting social media posts, capturing event content, and monitoring online engagement.
    • Help organize and mobilize volunteers for events, canvasses, and phone banks.
    • Conduct political and issue-based research as needed.
    • Provide logistical and event support, including staffing the candidate at campaign events.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong interest in Democratic politics, campaigns, and community organizing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • Reliable, organized, and eager to learn.
    • Prior campaign or organizing experience a plus, but not required.
