    Idlewild is seeking a full-time Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. If you are passionate about nonprofits and have a track-record of delivering high-quality Salesforce-driven solutions, please apply!

    KEY REQUIREMENT:

    • Minimum 2 years experience as a Salesforce.com consultant in the nonprofit sector
    • or -
    • Minimum 2 years experience as a full-time Salesforce administrator at a nonprofit with more than 200 users, leading large-scale projects serving multiple internal teams (effectively: an in-house consultant)

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
    • Bachelor's degree (minimum)
    • Experience leading projects and teams of consultants
    • Experience with 3rd party integrations (Conga, Classy, FormTitan, FormAssembly, etc.)
    • Data migration using tools (DemandTools, Data Loader, Jitterbit, etc.)
    • Experience delivering service & support to stakeholders at all levels
    • Authorized to work in the United States

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead projects delivering on a variety of Salesforce implementation, migration, and development efforts, including both project management and hands-on work
    • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to determine business requirements
    • Produce formal requirement specifications and workflow documentation
    • Execute configuration/customization within Salesforce (no code required)
    • Data migrations
    • Track project progress and deliverables
    • Mentor and/or train junior team members

    OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

    • Has led several 300+ hour projects for nonprofits
    • Has done multiple NPSP implementations from scratch
    • Successful working on a team and independently
    • Self-starter
    • Highly organized
    • Salesforce certified
    • NYC based
    • Meticulous communicator (written and verbal)
    • Genuine interest in working with nonprofits
