Overview: The role will guide the data driven strategies for websites and nonprofit communications, ensuring maximum impact with our mission driven clients. This role directly translates marketing data (GA4, Search Console, marketing tools, etc.) into clear learnings, actionable tactics and strategy evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with data ops to create custom tag & reporting plans for clients to understand website behaviors.
- Manage and analyze monthly & quarterly data across 6-10 clients, producing client facing reports.
- Translate complex data into clear reports, tactics and ideas for the team & client to consider, test and ultimately execute.
- Run client report meetings, reviewing report findings, running down ad hoc questions and on the fly investigation with clients & team in looker and ga4.
- Able to identify, validate and run down data points in GA4 that produce questions and ideas for clients and stakeholders.
- Own GA4 data, tracking, reporting and testing for clients on your roster
