Description:
Framework Strategies seeks to fill the full-time entry-level position of Junior Associate to join our small and dynamic team. The Junior Associate will work closely with other team members, mostly in a virtual setting. This position will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects, with a significant portion of time spent on supporting Framework Strategies’ work in partnership with homeless response systems across the country. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems with creativity and flexibility. Framework Strategies employees partner and collaborate with each other and outside partners from a place of respect, patience and a sense of humor.
We seek candidates with demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships with clients, to communicate clearly and with compassion, and to analyze and present data through this lens, which will advance projects on behalf of our clients. In addition, the ideal candidate will be someone with strong writing skills, experience in program evaluation, and a working knowledge of housing and/or homelessness policy and programs. This role will require the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects and to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
