Reporting to the CEO, you will be making an impact on what really matters: enabling schools and education nonprofits to deliver on their missions through diversified revenue. Beyond that, you will play a key role in the continued growth of a thriving fundraising consultancy and will have the opportunity to build and lead a team.
We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional with a passion for education to directly manage a growing team of up to five development professionals and directly support 3–4 school and nonprofit partners in strengthening their development strategies and advancing fundraising initiatives of all sizes. This role will focus on building and managing donor pipelines, conducting prospect research, crafting fundraising strategies, overseeing event management, and leading cultivation and stewardship efforts. Additionally, responsibilities include appeal writing, grant writing, project management, and ensuring the internal infrastructure necessary for fundraising success. The Director of Fundraising Services will also lead and manage marketing and communications strategy for the company, playing a key role in driving FundEd's revenue growth and impact on our nonprofit and school partners.
What You Will Accomplish
Within the first year, you will have established yourself as both a strategic partner and a hands-on contributor. You are someone who not only advises partners and designs solutions, but also adds capacity by stepping in where needed, solving problems in real time, and approaching challenges with curiosity and a strong desire to learn and take action. This is not just a consulting role, it is a leadership opportunity for someone eager to build, refine, and contribute at every level of the work.
